If at anytime your puppy dies from a genetic defect before its first birthday Ariva Dachshund Pups will replace the puppy with the first available puppy that is of the same quality and price range. In the case of death the client must send the vet's medical reports and necropolis reports showing the exact cause of death. This must be done with in 3 days of death.Ariva Dachshund Pups is not liable for any vet expenses occurred after the puppy has been shipped to the customer. This guarantee does not cover sickness or disease that could be from environmental or seasonal causes. Things such as Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Parasites or any other problems that can occur and are treatable are not covered under this guarantee. Ariva Dachshund Pups will help the customer with any advice that might help your puppy through any normal occurring sickness or problem that may occur after the puppy is in your possession. This guarantee does not return any monetary awards or cash. All airfare for shipping each way is the responsibility of the client. If all necropsy and vet medical reports are returned within 3 days of death Ariva Dachshund Pups Will contact the customer and have the information on the next available replacement puppy. Each puppy must have regular vet visits and health records must accompany each claim.
